Funny that a lone minister of of a unheard of church in Florida US of A, threatens to burn a copy of the Koran, and there is world condemnation, the worlds press camps on his doorstep and senators from the US government makes all sorts of noises.
On the other hand a few Muslim fanatics produce a defamatory poster, and where do we hear of it - on National Traffic.
Its about time our government took a more active role in protecting our own identity.
I don't have a problem with anybody wanting to follow what ever religion floats their boat. as for me I don't have any religion, (except wine, women and pies).
When are we going to adopt what every other country in the world seem to behold,
"WHEN IN ROME". :slr: :slr:

Whilst I would be the first to agree there is much wrong with our society, I really cannot believe the hypocrisy in this!!

Marriage-yeh great if of course you have a choice-like most women don't.

Family-as above.

Honour-as above but don't dishonour or you lose your life.

Dignity-as above

Security-well yes as long as you tow the line and as above.

Rights for men-yes there are lots of those!!!

Rights for women-????

Rights for children-don't even get me started on the reference to Christmas causing paedophilia!!

I really do think these people should look at there own culture before preaching to us!!

posters have been put up in multicultural areas

By Padraic Flanagan
MUSLIM fanatics sparked anger yesterday after launching a poster campaign across Britain branding Christmas as “evil”.

The posters – which will shock Christians and dismay moderate Muslims – have been put up in multicultural areas of London, Cardiff, Birmingham and Derby.

They claim that Christmas leads to a host of ills, including debt, rape, teenage pregnancies, promiscuity, crime and paedophilia.
Politicians, community leaders and residents have reacted with anger to the provocative campaign, fearing it could spark revenge attacks.

Titled The Evils Of Christmas, the poster features a message mocking the 12 Days of Christmas.

It reads: “On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me an STD (sexually transmitted disease).

“On the second day debt, on the third rape, the fourth teenage pregnancies and then there was abortion.”

The bottom of the poster says: “In Islam we are protected from all of these evils. We have marriage, family, honour, dignity, security, rights for man, woman and child.”
