As a member of the public I doubt you will see anything different, as an employee you will see more acronyms, mandatory reads (that can take 20 minutes to appear on the computer at my outstation), changes to anything still or making any kind of decision takes forever. From where I stand very little ...

I know its not a popular view but this is a clear example of how the death penalty is the best option for all. This guy will I am sure go on to kill again while in custody and I hope it is not a prison officer.

The school my Grandaughter attends has recently sent a letter home with the children asking the parents of children to walk to school if they live within the village as they can no longer cope with all the cars and the problems caused by parked vehicles around the school.
