Re: are Muslims too easily offended?
I live in a country where being a British Protestant Unionist Loyalist is currently deemed as being offensive. I cannot put up a Union flag in my garden, as the political party which holds office in my country has deemed it offensive. I live in a country where the mock offended managed to convince t...

Re: MLM's
Personally, if I see a CLOC, I would never undertake them. As far as I am aware, undertaking is an illegal manoeuvre. I would therefore move into the outside lane, overtake the CLOC, indicate back into lane 2, then move back into lane 1. I might think they are complete fvcktards, but I would not ope...

I'll give them the once over. I suspect they will be more suitable for on-road use than the white ones.

Re: wonderful wind farms, are they the answer?
They are inefficient and a blight on the landscape. They could use the power of the sea in areas where there are fast tides and build hydro-electric power plants. I cannot for the world of me understand why they continue to build these bloody wind farms. It's certainly not for our benefit.

Very good. I have been known to draw cartoons myself from time to time. I'll try and think of something for 2013

Re: Moving on
It also got a bit personal at times. I saw a recent post which hinted that TMs shouldn't be on here. Well, I can tell you for a fact that there have been TMs on here, good ones at that, since day 1. Some of the TMs post good informative stuff from time to time, while being careful not to give their ...

Well CB, you remind me why I didn't use this site for the last two years. I'm not a TM, indeed I've had my differences of opinion with more than most over the years, but you just go on and on. I remember a post I wrote not too long ago in which I suggested you were in the wrong job. Well, if everyth...

I'm with Wrist Assessment on this. All I can say to the perpetual whingers on here is; you've obviously had some truly amazing fantastic jobs in your lives if you think this one is so bad. I've worked in some sugar places, doing sugar things, things I would never like to go back to. If you are all s...

Re: the union for Traffic Officers!
Hi Falk, yours is a story which I have heard too often. I am still a Union member, because if God forbid, I did end up having to defend my actions to the powers that be, then I would want a decent person there to assist and represent me if necessary. While I was both industrial relations and H & S r...

Re: the union for Traffic Officers!
While I admire your enthusiasm Falk, I stood down as a Union rep last year, over the failure to secure a fair pay deal for the traffic officers who missed the date cut off for the enhanced pay deal in 2009. It was sold to us reps at the time in a manner which suggested that those who missed out in 2...
