thats what they need most of the time, some one to stand up to them, fair play to your son. Ill be telling my kids to do the same when they get to school. I was always told to hit back but only after you had been hit. The thing i worry about is will they then turn in to the bully :?

We dont do it all together we have three tea funds one for each shift and working it out now its 5 pound every 2 months sumtimes just a bit early to get more milk,

i agree with the hands criss crossing, that was filmed with one of the mids crews coming out of the rcc at quinton and the speedbumps are like mountains. Im not just sticking up for them but the lights are just for the camras, :shock:

I try and say good morning or afternoon i see it as good manners even know people say i was dragged up, We dont use codes in the mids and i must say after ear wigging other channels around the country we dont sound like robots as much as some do, This might need a new topic to chat about that though.

As you guess by the name this is my good point. It does work and it works well when its switched on early enough, To be honest there isnt that much live lane work, people seem to make it to the era(laybys). We get a lot of jobs in the era's but most have gone by the time we get there and it does not...
