I think this probably is not just a HA thing! Sadly no matter what job you do when there are a number of people doing the same job but with slightly different ideas, you are always going to get a little sniping going on! It would be lovely if they could just approach you and ask if you had thought a...

Sadly and not wanting to look like I am ranting but I could not have wrote the intial posting better myself  These were the exact reasons I felt I had to resign from the service and job which I loved dearly. You may not feel as bitter, opressed or sick as I did but its obvious that its happenin...

I know of a colleague I used to work with had two near misses within about a month of each other, so he correctly filled in the near miss forms. They were then used to question him and the finger was pointed that he must be doing something wrong and either disciplinary action or further training may...

One Police Officer whould say they need a car clearing immediately from a particular spot.......the next day a different Officer would say that it was fine. The car would then be left for days with our crews being briefed to...

Hi Mr Pickle!........Sorry Branston  Yeah I have heard of it but never actually listened to it. More like the HA did not feel the Scrolling Arrows werew any use rather than the DFT not allowing us to have them!! Why do the HA feel they are NOT required?? I agree that the current system is not very good: 1)They need to be in RED 2)Flashing Legends rather than cramped together so no one can read...

Yeah I agree that its a great idea!! The penalties should be higher though as its more a slap on the wrist if all they do is scrap the clapped out vehicle they are driving around in illegally  Sound like our VOSA Colleagues need a small lesson in where it is safe to park up and observe traffic...
