Good mornings... Ok, classic cars not being banned from roads. Like now, if a car fails MOT it's off the road. After November when Pre 1960 cars become exempt from MOTs insurance companies may look at having the vehicles checked by an engineer instead. This however will be more thorough than the MOT...

Nothing wrong with section sharing a shopping centre. One of the areas where I used to work did this every christmas. Then again, why not combine the Police station in with the Town Hall? They did this in the Victorian era at Manchester Town Hall, infact it's still there, just used now for storage.
