I don't see the problem seems eminently sensible to me. In the old days post offices were closing so Co-located into convenience stores etc, just take it to another level, & have them as 'reporting points'. numbers are well down to the point of not being able to put patrols out at times. So they either close the doors and put closed up or they recruit to maintain a service, I will keep my eye open for the advert in the early new year. Here's hoping TM1, But there's too many people in Tmd who don't really care & just take the proverbial while spouting a good 'story'. Lot's of good words but very few with the impetus, even less with the knowledge to try & make much of an impact on the indifferent many who just keep taking the money...
