We dont have enough torchs to take extras out . Night shift last week the torch lasted less than 5 minutes and at £100 each they wont replace them. So why bother raising it then?? If people can do 88 + 2 what's the benefit of raising it to 80. Burn more fuel, show that speed offences are down??
