Just a quick question. In the recent pay negotiations, the union rejected the HA's offer and then came to it's members and said that in order to improve the deal we need to go on strike. Without wishing to be too controversial, how many Ops Managers are On Road qualified, or Control room qualified?

Their job is surely to liaise with other agencies, pass messages about the strategy and leave the people who know what they are doing to get on with the job.
