To truely appreciate the maddnes, try joining in your mums 1 litre auto metro. Sod the Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. That is true fear.

Sorry for the double post but I forget to mention the best bit. Before you get to the junction where the slip joins at lane 3, lane 1 is siphoned off and the rejoins what is the new lane 1. So you have slow moving traffic including LGV's joining in lane 3, Audis, Beemers and the like doing the usual in lane 2 and traffic merging from the left in lane 1 and the right new lane 3.

I've told you thousands of times not to exaggerate.....!

This lane 3 merge was an experiment that went wrong. The only other place it happens is Scotland.

'nuff said.

hey all,

Thanks to all those who I met on Tuesday - even though I still dont know who most of you were from here!

It was really good to understand the way that you deal with incidents and some of the language you use to decribe what is happening.

I hadnt heard the phrase "Foxtrot Oscar" before, so I will be sure to be trying that out with all my guys!

Hope that I didnt impose too much!

If any of you want to come and see us at Trafficlink, meet some of the presenters and see how we collate the information, then you are more than welcome to drop by any time. We are right in the city centre of Manchester, just drop me a PM to arrange it.

Thanks again everyone, and I am sure that I will see some of you around very soon.

Andrea -x-

haha well blow me - a problem over identification on national Traffic

:DDDD Andrea all will be explained RIGHT HERE

this may account also for the low replies your very kind topic (invitation) is seeing. I'm hoping a few members will take you up on it but if they choose to PM you rather than reply on thread then that will be the reason
