This section does not prevent RCC topics being started in other areas of the site. This section allows the most senior members of the site and RCC staff, to create RCC topics which can then be read by all members, but not guests.

Can someone clean off the cobwebs in this forum, its hellishly dusty. Appears to be well over a year since the last topic was created!!
