When booking leave, does your super take 8 hours off your 222 hours entitlement or 7.24 like it says in staff handbook?

Ours take 8 but colleague from NE just transferred to NW and he was not inpressed with super taking 8hrs

It adds up to about 2.5 days a year less and we cant get a straight answer from prospect :?

222 hrs per year. & 10.5 Days public and Priv days

7.55 hrs weekdays
7.56 hrs weekend

Should give you 28days off for Annual leave

There was a leaflet given out about this time last year explaining why it's 28 days annual leave and not 30 as per some people's original offer of employment. It's basically because a days leave is 7:56 not 7:24.
I'll get you Butler

Cone Dropper is correct.

Weekday shift is 7hr 56 min
Weekend shift is 7hr 55 min

All overtime is worked out on this basis. Holiday calculations should be the same.

I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow isn't looking too good either.

Has always been as CD says for me. But bear in mind that bank holidays and privilege days are just that days , and not calculated in the hours thing
