overtime and bank holiday payments?

Post by barras99 » Thu Nov 26, 2009 3:34 pm

Is there anywhere on the web I can see the payscales for the posts of Traffic Officer, Team Manager and Operational Manager?
Also, overtime is mentioned. Is it generally for stopping on shift longer than expected? or for working days off due to short staffing?

The reason we dont get double time is because we get a paid day off in lieu, so I suppose it evens it out.
