The forum Tips Area should cover stuff like Bookmarking, Subscribing to Topics
Unofficial AdviceBookmarking in phpBB3 is much like bookmarking in your web browser. You aren’t alerted when there’s an update, but you can come back to the topic later. Subscribing, however, will notify you when there is an update to the topic or forum on the board via your preferred method or methods.

If you particularly value a topic, if it's one of your favourites, then you can bookmark it or subscribe to it
If you bookmark it, that topic will be added to your bookmarks in your UCP so you can easily go back to it anytime
If you subscribe to it, then you will be emailed each time another member replies to that topic.
I would particularly welcome your tips on the following forums matters
A. Viewing the forums on a mobile phone
B. Logging in, I forgot my password, what problems did you experience?
C. Attachments, what do you attach? problems?
D. Friends and Foes, any advice? tips?
E. What is the “Save” button for in topic posting? Have you used it?
F. How do I bump my topic? Have you ever bumped?
Plus any other forums matters where you found you couldn't understand what to do next, maybe a tip from you would help other members
If you have a forums tip, look in the FAQ to see whether it is also covered there, it may be covered in FAQ but you could be able to explain it in a much more helpful way e.g. the Bookmarks Tips above
